The arrangement
These terms apply when you create a free Core Edge account or participate in its alpha. The service is operated by Slaytek Systems, meaning Matt Slager operating personally in Australia.
Creating an account gives you access to the pre-access account surface. Operational workspace features require closed-alpha approval and can be limited, changed, or withdrawn while the product is being tested.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Slaytek Systems the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, retrieve, transform, and transmit that content to operate Core Edge and its enabled integrations.
You are responsible for having the right to submit the content and for keeping prohibited sensitive data out of the service.
Acceptable use
Do not use Core Edge to break the law, harm people, access another account without permission, distribute malware, interfere with the service, or automate abuse. This is deliberately a short list. Please do not make us discover why it needed to be longer.
Experimental service
Features, limits, integrations, and data structures may change. Availability may be interrupted. We will take reasonable care with account access and user data, but you should keep independent copies of important material during alpha.
Nothing here excludes rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
Feedback, suspension, and changes
You may provide feedback voluntarily. Slaytek Systems may use it to improve Core Edge without owing compensation or ownership in the resulting product.
Access may be limited or suspended to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or operate the alpha safely. Material changes to these terms will receive a new version and will require fresh acknowledgement where appropriate.
